Had the most wonderful experience for our first baby shower! A beautiful venue, lots of parking space for guests, accommodations to every need, let us bring in our own catering. Would definitely use again for future events!

I cannot recommend Countdown Events enough! We recently celebrated my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday there, and everything was absolutely perfect. Planning a surprise party from another state can be stressful, but from the very beginning, Shannan gave me complete peace of mind. She listened to my vision and brought it to life more beautifully than I ever imagined. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, from the gorgeous decorations to the stunning table settings. The food was incredible! The sandwiches, salads, cake, cookies—everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful it all was. The staff was equally amazing. They were attentive to every detail, anticipated our needs, and took such great care of everyone without ever being intrusive. Countdown Events Norman was the perfect place for our daughter’s graduation party. The space is beautiful and had everything we needed to pull off such a special celebration. Shannan was wonderful to work with, kind, helpful, and so encouraging throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the space and the people who use it. If you are looking for an event venue in Norman, this is it. Highly recommend!

Shannan Hinckley & her staff at Countdown Event Center were wonderful to work with for my daughter-in-law to be’s bridal shower! She took our vision & brought it to life. Cam was the happiest bride to be! Shannan even provided a wonderful photographer, Abigail, to help capture Cam’s special day! 🌸🎀🌸

We love Countdown! Shannan was a dream to work with. She handled everything we threw at her with grace and high attention to detail. She wanted to make our gala special, and we could tell by all the extra effort she put in. Furthermore, she knew exactly how to make it run efficiently throughout the evening so everyone would have a good time. We can’t praise Shannan and her workers enough! Highly recommend!
